Meet The Rock Star Staff
When you hire me for your case, I’m your lawyer. I don’t pass your case off to an associate or “of counsel” attorney who you’ve never met. I’m your lawyer. Period.
I do have a great team of rock star staff members who make the firm run like a machine. The goal: your satisfaction.
Dawn joined me in 2014. She has a wide variety of responsibilities, but is mostly responsible for keeping me organized making sure all our documentation is ready for court.
When you call the office during the morning, you’ll most likely hear Dawn answer the phone. If you’re calling for your free case strategy session, she’ll listen to your situation, gather some critical information, and see if I’m available to talk right then. If I’m in court or not available, she’ll carefully take a message and promptly send it to me. If you’re a current client, Dawn might be able to answer your question right then. If not, she’ll connect you up with me.
Dawn is my go-to person. She does everything from answering questions about the attorney hiring process to tracking down client records from the DMV and the Department of Forensic Science. Not only does she keep me straight, she helps my clients as well. When you hire me, Dawn will give you friendly reminders about key deadlines, such as driving school or community service.
Assistant Case Manager
Shelley joined me in 2016. When you call in the afternoon, Shelley will usually answer the phone. She will gather some quick information about your case and get you set up with a free case strategy session. In the few situations where I cannot help you personally, Shelley will get you connected to one of my colleagues who can help.
Shelley will also help you by providing some resources and information about your case. She has access to the books I’ve written, as well as reports about your case and FAQs. She can’t answer any legal questions, but she will give you as much information as possible so you can start learning more about your situation immediately.
Public Relations Manager
Laura joined us in 2012. She tirelessly works to keep our website, blog, and social media pages updated. She is constantly exploring new advertising and marketing opportunities for us and helps me develop ways to distribute helpful information for all of my current and potential clients. Her most challenging responsibility is to pull all the ideas I have out of my head, organize and implement them.
Most of our clients don’t have day-to-day contact with Laura, but she’s responsible for the awesome information and material that you see from us.
