Trademark applications are complicated, but that does not mean that you have to pay a fortune to file yours. My flat fee covers:
- Comprehensive trademark search
- Consulting with you as much and as often as required
- Preparing your trademark application
- Filing your trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Checking the status of your application every month
- Responding to basic Office Actions, such as improper description
The only other expense you must cover is the filing fee due to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This fee starts at $275 for a single-class trademark application that can use the TEAS Plus form.
