Free initial consultation
If you want an initial meeting with me about your matter, that’s free. You shouldn’t have to pay just to meet me and see if I can help.
This meeting is obviously limited. I won’t be giving you legal advice, but it will give us each an opportunity to get to know one another.
Flat rate
Wherever possible, I will strive to set a flat rate for your matter. If I can estimate the required work, we can agree on a flat fee for your entire project.
This makes billing and fees incredibly easy. You know exactly what my services will cost. For personal matters, this helps you budget and plan for an attorney’s assistance. And small business owners also need to know what their legal bills will be.
Hourly fees
If your matter is ongoing or difficult to predict, we may need to use an hourly fee. I offer a competitive hourly rate. I bill in 6-minute increments.
