They start researching about what may happen and they see Jail and it’s normal to freak out. From you thought was a speeding ticket, now you’re looking at misdemeanor, what you’ll understand as a misdemeanor and you actually are facing the possibility of jail. How much jail is possible?

It definitely depends upon the facts of your case and upon your driving record and also upon the local court where your case is pending.
