Meet The Rock Star Staff

When you hire Andrew and Fitz for your case, you get the benefit of our team approach.

Our team includes rock star staff members who make the firm run like a machine. The goal: your satisfaction.

Dawn Hadlock

Case Manager

Dawn joined us in 2014. She has a wide variety of responsibilities, but is mostly responsible for keeping us organized making sure all our documentation is ready for court.

When you call the office during the morning, you’ll most likely hear Dawn answer the phone. If you’re calling for your free case strategy session, she’ll listen to your situation, gather some critical information, and see if Andrew or Fitz is available to talk right then. If we’re in court or not available, she’ll carefully take a message and promptly send it to us. If you’re a current client, Dawn might be able to answer your question right then. If not, she’ll connect you up with your lawyer.

Dawn is our go-to person. She does everything from answering questions about the attorney hiring process to tracking down client records from the DMV and the Department of Forensic Science. Not only does she keep us all straight, she helps our clients as well. When you hire us, Dawn will give you friendly reminders about key deadlines, such as driving school or community service.

Shelley Iannarelli

Assistant Case Manager

Shelley joined us in 2016. When you call in the afternoon, Shelley will usually answer the phone. She will gather some quick information about your case and get you set up with a free case strategy session. In the few situations where we cannot help you personally, Shelley will get you connected to one of our colleagues who can help.

Shelley will also help you by providing some resources and information about your case. She has access to the books Andrew has written, as well as reports about your case and FAQs. She can’t answer any legal questions, but she will give you as much information as possible so you can start learning more about your situation immediately.
