The Fredericksburg court’s location is not as enjoyable as the Spotsylvania court. The Fredericksburg General District Court is located in downtown Fredericksburg, across the street from the post office. It’s a bit busy down there, and parking is sometimes difficult.
If you ever have to attend Fredericksburg General District Court, be sure to leave your cell phone in your car. The sheriff’s deputies will not allow anyone to enter the courtroom with a cell phone. This includes attorneys.
