Nice post Andrew, you've got a great blog. I've used EchoSign for my business as well.

As a private investigator, I use EchoSign for my client agreements, records check authorization forms and retainers. I currently use 2 widgets and have my forms embedded in my website so potential clients can visit my page, view and sign the agreement(s) with ease. My favorite feature would be not having to fax documents, saves a lot if time. Since a lot of small business professionals run their office from their smartphone a lot, it's real handy to have everthing go through email.

You can read about my case study on EchoSign's blog here: http://blog.echosign.com/2010/07/ryan-garrahy-pi-echosign-eliminated-the-red-tape-and-gives-me-an-edge.html
